Frequently asked

What HTTP methods are used for checks?

We use HTTP GET requests by default. The monitor checks the response status code — any 2xx response is considered "up", while 4xx/5xx responses or timeouts are marked "down".

How long before I get notified of downtime?

Notifications are sent within seconds of detecting a status change. With 1-minute check intervals, you'll know about downtime within ~60 seconds of it starting.

Can I create a public status page?

Yes! Create a status page from the dashboard, assign monitors to it, and share the public URL with clients. The page shows real-time status with a 90-day uptime history bar.

How many monitors can I have?

Free plans include monitoring for up to 3 URLs. Pro plans support up to 50 monitors, and Agency plans offer unlimited monitors.
