Terms of Service — SiteSmith

1. The service

SiteSmith provides SEO audits, uptime monitoring, public status pages, webhook relay, screenshot generation, and license key management, operated by ZeroPoint Marketing. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and available, but the Starter and Pro plans carry no formal uptime guarantee — a contractual SLA is available on Enterprise.

2. Plans & billing

Starter is free forever within its limits. No card required.
Pro is billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated.
Enterprise is billed by written agreement.

If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you before downgrading your account to Starter. We don't delete your data on downgrade — resources over the free limits are paused, not destroyed.

3. Acceptable use

Use the tools on sites you own or have permission to work on. You must not:

Scan, monitor, or screenshot sites to harass, attack, or overload them.
Use the webhook relay to distribute spam or malware.
Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or authentication.
Resell the service itself without an Enterprise white-label agreement.

Accounts that break these rules can be suspended. We'll always contact you first unless the abuse is actively harming others.

4. Your data

Your scan results, monitors, and reports are yours. How we handle personal data is covered by the Privacy Policy. If you close your account, we delete your data on request.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost profits from a missed downtime alert).

6. Changes & contact

If we change these terms materially, we'll email registered users and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
